Here is my model of a blank NERV ID i made for the Evangelion ID´s series. You can use it and mod it anywere and anytime you want, just, please, let me know it by posting here or sending me a PM. i´ll love to see you own versions of it ^^

The "official" fonts are:

Arial narrow: Regular for the NERV word and Bold for the UN acronym

OCR A Extended: Regular. For the Name tag and ID numbers under the photo slot.

MS Gothic (Japanesse Support Installed) Regular. For the Kanji Names under the ID Number.

A little improvement for the german parts: I guess you meant "Swipe this way" and "for electronic use ONLY" - in german it correctly: "In diese Richtung durchziehen" and "NUR für den elektronischen Gebrauch"
